Our Mission
My name is Adam, and I am the owner of the newly created Renovations Solutions.
For the past ten years, I have been buying real estate and renovating property in Ontario. One of the biggest challenges I faced was finding reputable contractors to put units back together.
After getting burned by multiple trades, left with messes by shotty workmanship, I have finally found a crew of men that offer consistent reliable, and quality workmanship build around my expectations and a tenant's durability.
My success journey has always been around helping others that help me. When investors were flashing cars, watches and boats, I used my real estate to help my family, my friends and my contractors.
and now, I am investing in them to help them grow their business like they grew mine.
Petar was my right-hand man as we turned over 100+ apartments together. From bathroom tiles to vinyl floors, to drywalling entire apartments, Petar showed up, did it right and did it on time within budget. I can proudly state that I would not have been able to BRRR property the way I did, without him.
Given his work ethic, loyalty and commitment, we came to the idea that together, we can build this business and help more landlords like me.
Renovation Solutions is a new general company that will work with landlords to help their turn overs and building renovations. We do apartments, homes and ADUs, to help landlords maximize their investments.
